What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Management Reporting to provide transparency and understanding of the Maintenance Business for SAP Executive Management
• Support planning and budgeting processes for business and financial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools (including testing and developing) to meet changing requirements
• Perform ad-hoc analyses
• Support of projects

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences - preferably in the areas of business administration / finance
• Skilled in the MS Office applications Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with BI (Business Intelligence) or SAP systems is an advantage
• Fluent in either German or English, with good skills of the second language
• Accuracy in work, self-managed and proactive individual with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as within teams, good communication skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Existing practical experience in Controlling or Finance would be very advantageous

Meet your team

The CoE (Center of Expertise) Global Maintenance Controlling is responsible for the financial control of SAP’s maintenance revenue. Under this remit, the team is in charge of the optimization of planning models, forecast and actual analyses, as well as acting as the interface to other Board Areas for maintenance revenue topics.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
