What you'll do

We're looking for a bright and motivated student to join our “Technology, Supplier Management and Governance” (TSG) team within SAP’s Global Procurement Organization (GPO). As a member of our team, you'll contribute to a dynamic and inspiring environment, collaborating with experienced professionals who are equally passionate about driving excellence in procurement.

  • Learning and Development: Gain valuable insights into the Source to Pay Process and leverage cutting-edge SAP technologies.
  • Active Participation: Engage in working sessions focused on business requirement refinements, process design, testing, implementation, and enablement.
  • Project Support: Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing procurement and finance processes.
  • Data and Reporting: Assist in developing reporting capabilities, data analysis, presentations, and process documentation.

What you bring

  • Structured and Self-Organized: You have a disciplined approach to work and are keen on delivering results.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Open-minded and willing to collaborate in an international and intercultural environment, working across different countries, languages, and cultures.
  • Tech-Savvy: Passionate about using the latest technologies especially in procurement related SAP technologies but also Microsoft Office applications.
  • Active Student: Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences (preferably in the first or second semester). Bilingual: Fluent in both English and German

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
