The Early Collections Department supports Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Spain by managing early-stage delinquencies through direct customer contact and coordination with external agencies. We engage Spanish customers using tailored communication and negotiation strategies, and steer third-party partners to arrange repossessions and vehicle transport. Our team collaborates closely with departments in Spain and Berlin to resolve cases efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Your tasks will be:

• Conduct extensive research both online, via dealerships and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached
• Cooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in Spain on individual matters such as customer complaints, accounting, insurance, repossession, remarketing, etc. but also here in Berlin, in regards of Legal Collections
• Support of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Studies in the field of legal or banking (preferrably) or comparable studies
• Knowledge of Collections will be considered as a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and strong English knowledge
• Highly driven with a strong learning ability and to have a strong urge to attain the very best results and continuously improve yourself
