About the role

As a (Senior)Agile Master (d/f/m) , you will be teaching the agile theory, practices, rules and values. You will coach the Product Owner as well as the internal and external teams regarding the agile framework. This includes eliminating obstacles that hinder internal and external teams. Convey an understanding of a clear and concise product backlog and motivate the teams to create high quality products.

Our ideal candidate (Key Skills & Experience)

  • Several years of practical experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master
  • Strong in communication, good moderation and coaching skills to clarify professional, methodical and technical questions
  • You bring a high degree of team spirit, empathy and commitment as well as enthusiasm
  • Agile attitude and example of agile principles
  • Creating an understanding of product planning in an empirical working environment
  • Ideally a professional background in software development
  • Coaching of the internal and external team towards self-organization and cooperation
  • Coaching the internal and external team in the creation of high-quality products
