Senior Sales Manager - Sales / Business Development (m/w/f)

- Identify and generate potential leads
- Contact new potential clients
- Generate interest through customised sales content
- Identify client's needs and offer them solutions from our portfolio
- Build a personal relationship with relevant stakeholders at new clients
- Develop annual plans including goals and KPI's
- Create target/actual reports
- Continuous maintenance of the CRM system
- Continuous optimization of processes in Sales & Marketing
- Continuous communication between the Sales and Operations departments
- Creation of sales and project forecasts
- Leading of handovers from clients to Operations department
- You have a strong background in B2B sales in the digital industry (ideally digital marketing)
- You ideally have a network of marketing managers at potential client companies
- You are a communication talent, have an authentic appearance paired with curious attitude
- You take great joy in presenting
- You have a strong interest in social media
- You ideally have experience with Hubspot
- You love new challenges and scenarios
- You have very good written and spoken communication skills in English and German
