Working student - Sales Specialist (m/f/d)


Key responsibilities:

  • Support in daily sales operations and perform assigned tasks. Partner with teams to ensure sales plans are achieved.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, identify target contacts, and ensure successful execution of the strategic plan.
  • Discover market segments and viability of products through extensive research and anticipate business opportunities.
  • Partner with technical teams with overall communications, strategies, and workflow development.
  • Proactively identify customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensuring positive customer experience by tracking key metrics and with a corrective action plan.
  • Preparing comprehensive sales reports and demonstrating compelling presentations for internal and external purposes.

You must bring the following skills:

  • You have preferably 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or B2B sales,i.p. SaaS as a working student, intern, apprenticeship, or permanent position
  • You are currently, in the 4th Semester or higher in Bachelor's Studies related to industrial engineering or sales management or preferably in Master's Studies related to industrial engineering or sales management
  • Proactive, reliable and use self-sufficient working methodology
  • Willingness to gradually take responsibility as per the nature of a start-up/scale-up environment
  • Self-discipline to complete assigned tasks & responsibilities reliably and on time in a flexible working environment
  • Passion for technology, i.p. Engineering, Manufacturing, and Data Science
  • Must have excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex issues and to work in an international team with multicultural backgrounds
  • Kledge of sales & marketing (e.g., sales processes, value propositions, decision-making unit, etc.)
