Internship in Health Management and Process Management Passenger Services

Our team consists of over 20 people who support more than 1500 operational employees. Together with us, you will design the best possible processes for our customers and employees. Our goal as a station is to be the host with heart - because flying starts on the ground.

Tasks

The main focus is on supporting health management for our Passenger Services team. In addition, there are many opportunities to get to know the operational processes up close and to work on them.

• Designing campaigns for employees - from design to organization to implementation
• Collaboration with various interfaces (internal & external)
• Communication, workshops, project participation
• Customer & supplier contact
• Support process & procedure adjustments

Requirements

In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship.

• Matriculation for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of matriculation and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and language skills: German & English
