Internship People and Development - Training & Digital Learning

During your assignment you will actively support us in developing and designing our global training portfolio and learning content. You will take ownership of your own projects in the areas of employee training, communication, and digital learning.

Your tasks will include creating Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), producing engaging learning materials, and contributing your technical know-how to further develop our internal learning community on the Bosch Social Network.

Furthermore you will bring in your creative ideas for new learning trends, innovative training methods, and digital formats.

Finally, you will design inspiring communication and learning media from blog posts and newsletters to podcasts, videos, and interactive training modules, helping to shape the future of learning in our organization.
