What you'll build

You will support the Core Team/Office Team of the Unit Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Communities in the People & Culture (P&C) Board Area of SAP. You will help bring high visibility strategic topics to life across the organization. Your work will contribute to clear communication, effective coordination, and smooth execution of initiatives that impact employees and leaders globally.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects and team initiatives
  • Prepare communications such as draft messages, PowerPoint slides, summaries, and talking points
  • Conduct research and gather input for projects related to employee engagement, social responsibility, and leadership communication
  • Help maintain editorial calendars, event plans, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and support day-to-day project management tasks
  • Assist with internal stakeholder alignment by preparing materials and ensuring smooth information flow

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with SharePoint a plus)
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Soft skills: Strong communicator, highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, reliable
  • Others: First work experience in communications, event support, or project coordination is beneficial but not required
  • Working from the office is not required

Where you belong

You will be part of the Core Team/Office Team of the Unit Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Communities in the People & Culture (P&C) Board Area of SAP, supporting a senior Executive SAP leader, reporting directly to the board. The team shapes communications, drives important initiatives, and ensures strategic alignment across multiple business areas. We work collaboratively, value clarity and empathy, and partner closely with leaders, project managers, and employee communities.

You will gain insight into executive and unit communications, strategic program execution, and cross-organizational collaboration at a global scale.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
