Are you passionate about precision and compliance? Join our team as a Payroll Manager and take ownership of payroll operations for Germany, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensuring the accuracy of payroll preparation and processing, payroll accounting, tax filing and remittance, and various special payments.
- Developing and managing payroll procedures; controlling and supervising the preparation, documentation, and disbursement of payroll-related payments. Creates processes with provisions to accommodate change.
- Collaboratively manage all payroll inputs to ensure business processes are adequately and efficiently as per our Human Capital Management Systems to calculate payroll-related payments. Demonstrate expertise in quality assurance tools, techniques, and standards.
- Leading the team in responding to inquiries related to payroll and providing guidance on the prevailing laws governing payroll and income taxes, garnishments, reimbursement policies, and other statutory pay and related entitlements.
- Focus on developing a high-performing team through an intentional development plan to address skill gaps
- Manages and supports the implementation of payroll initiatives through continuous improvement, optimization, and Strategic global payroll project alignment
- Serves as the contact person for business unit leaders, HR, and Accounting regarding payroll processing.
- Responsible for vendor management and performance monitoring
- Budget planning, cost allocation, and payment.
- Ensure adherence to payroll SLA, monthly operational metrics tracked along with FTE analysis.
- Anticipates technical and practical challenges of payroll management and utilizes positive reinforcement to motivate & attain desired results, and increases productivity.
- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements, support internal and external audits, and maintain compliance with all aspects of payroll.

- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven expertise in Payroll Management, including tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong Accuracy and Attention to Detail – ability to process large volumes of data with precision.
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills and ability to anticipate challenges.
- Effective Communication skills – clear, concise, and adaptable.
