What You’ll Build

  • Actively support the Change & Culture Leads in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks & be actively involved in program and project work
  • Program & Project Management for multiple Engagement Formats: Organization, Orchestration, Instructional Design, Demand Mgmt, and more
  • Community Management: Supporting Community Activation, Orchestration, Gathering Feedback to inform strategy and improve engagement formats; Instructional Design for virtual community meet ups, and more
  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops and communication assets
  • Research on various strategic HR topics (e.g., organizational development, change management, transformation, etc.)

What You’ll Bring

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
  • Others: Reliability

The People and Culture (P&C) board area enables the organization to develop the skills, culture and workforce needed for successful execution of SAP’s strategy and so delivers towards our success.

As part of P&C the Change & Culture unit has the mandate to provide a systematic change architecture and consistent approaches to culture and change across SAP building on best in practice approaches. The C&C head reports directly to the Executive Board member Gina Vargiu and orchestrates evolving the culture and building change capacity in the organization.

Our team has the mandate and expertise to design and implement interventions for organizational development, implement change management approaches through networks and directly delivers change management for strategic projects. We build and nurture communities and networks through which we scale to all employees.
