What you’ll build
As a working student (f/m/d) (20 hours/week) in the People & Culture Business Partner team for the Board Areas GFA you will get insights into the role of a P&C Business Partner and global HR project management processes. You will have the chance to actively shape initiatives such as “AFRIKA KOMMT!” and bring in your innovative ideas.
Your main tasks will be to:
- actively support the program manager of AFRIKA KOMMT! in ongoing projects and initiatives, drive events and communication strategies, support reporting tasks and ad hoc requests.
- actively support the HR Business Partners in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks and the execution of core HR processes
- pull and analyse HR reports to identify HR needs and activities within the Board Areas GFA
- be actively involved in project work
- assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g., workshops to improve employee engagement in a team)
- research on various strategic HR topics (e.g., organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR, etc.)
Ideally, we are looking for someone available for a minimum commitment of one year, beginning February 1st, 2026.
What you bring
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
- Computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
- Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, detail orientation
- Others: Reliability, passion for people and different cultures and enthusiasm to work in a global environment

An important element to HR’s success is to build skills and knowledge and leverage best practices across the organization. The P&C Business Partners for the Board Areas GFA consult executive leaders in their role, supporting them with strategic decision-making and the execution of HR processes. We are more than 5500 employees globally and our goal is to bring the best experiences to our internal customers.
