What you`ll do

Summary: We are seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to design and deliver hands-on AI learning experiences that empower employees across SAP to effectively understand, design, develop and use AI solutions. This role bridges technical expertise with enablement, creating practical training that enables business innovators, citizen developers, and technical business users to confidently integrate AI capabilities into their work.

The Role: You will design and lead workshops and bootcamps with real-world exercises, build AI prototypes, demos, and reference implementations, and create interactive lab environments for safe experimentation. You will develop tutorials, implementation samples, and technical documentation covering model integration, prompt optimization, and best practices. Working with subject matter experts, you’ll ensure content reflects current AI capabilities. You will guide users as they implement AI features, help resolve issues, and optimize solutions. Additionally, you will foster communities of practice, promote knowledge sharing among AI practitioners, and continuously improve learning content based on feedback.

What you bring

You combine strong technical hands-on experience with a passion for enabling others to succeed with AI. You hold a master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a strong passion for business processes. You have good programming skills in Python or similar languages, including experience integrating AI services and working with APIs. You are skilled in designing and delivering hands-on trainings, workshops, or bootcamps. You communicate complex topics clearly (English / German), solve problems proactively, and provide practical guidance to learners. You thrive in collaborative environments and work effectively across technical and business teams to drive AI adoption.
