What you’ll do:
In this Analytics and Data Intelligence Associate role, you will improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making for the SAP BTP leadership, focusing on automating information flows and improving business insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes (HANA Calculation Views, SAP Datasphere) for timely, high-quality data.
- Explore and integrate corporate data sources.
- Creation and maintenance of Data Products via SAP Datasphere in line with internal governance processes
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights via SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, identifying and investigating issues.
- Build AI agents and leverage AI tools for office and project management process automation. Lead data intelligence projects to deliver effective solutions with colleagues.
What you bring:
- University degree in computer science, data science, business intelligence or comparable fields of study, including first practical experiences
- Language requirements: English business fluent, German is a plus
- Experience with SAP solutions, ideally deeper knowledge with the tools mentioned above. Knowledge and experience with SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus
- Advanced programming skills in pro-code and low-code environments (e.g., SQL, Python, SAP Business Application Studio, Github Actions, etc.)
- Experience working in a project team and basic project management skills, plus a strong orientation towards collaboration and outcomes
- Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA databases
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for agent development.

We are a distributed team, with colleagues working from our headquarters in Walldorf as well as from our local offices in Berlin, and in the United States (bay area).
