What you’ll do

Our highly skilled team members, based in Potsdam, serve as one of the key drivers behind our ability to democratize AI and bring cutting‑edge solutions to our customers. As part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the broader AI ecosystem while working with advanced technologies and tackling real‑world problems at the intersection of AI, cloud, and DevOps.

Our focus is the integration of our AI offering into all enterprise applications of our broad portfolio to empower our customers to maximize the potential of their business data. As a Developer Associate (f/m/d) in one of our Scrum teams, you'll develop integrations and tools that enable our internal teams, partners, as well as our customers to easily consume SAP’s AI capabilities. You'll work within our team and collaborate closely with other teams from our unit to deliver a homogenous AI experience to all our customers.

What you bring

• Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript with Node.js
• Good knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Experience with object‑oriented programming, common data structures, and algorithms
• Good university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Good German skills
• Basic understanding of generative AI and Large Language Model

You should have overall good communication skills. Also, it is important to us that you are eager to learn about novel technologies in the context of AI, cloud native engineering, distributed systems, and DevOps.

We are looking for candidates with 0‑3 years of professional experience. Graduates are welcome.

This position requires regular office attendance in Potsdam aligned with the SAP Flex Work guidelines!
