Executive Product Analyst (m/f/d) Experimentation

To understand our customers’ needs and to optimize user experience we execute experiments on our website and in our App. We are looking for an Executive Product Analyst (m/f/d) Experimentation to support these experiments end to end in our Headquarters in Pullach near Munich.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will enable scalable and trustworthy experimentation for SIXT
• You develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making
• You promote best practices for experimentation across the organization
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, run, analyze, and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform
• You will be the first point of contact for all technical, analytical and product specific questions regarding experiments
• You partner with stakeholders across teams to identify key business challenges, translate them into testable hypotheses, and develop experimentation strategies to drive impactful insights

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have experience with supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development, strong statistical intuition and applied experience solving problems regarding experimentation
• Tools You have expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python)
• Experimentation You ideally bring previous experience with developing experimentation platforms
• Soft skills You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with different stakeholders
• Language You are fluent in English, German is a plus
