What you’ll do

• Oversee daily operations for the Head of GCC, ensuring an efficient executive back-office and high customer satisfaction within compliance leadership.
• Manage meetings, including preparation, execution, follow‑up, and action item tracking.
• Monitor progress of key departmental projects and strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders (Executive Board, Supervisory Board).
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and administrative processes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations in outstanding quality.
• Cultivate clear communication and strong relationships to enhance collaboration.
• Proactively address unexpected situations, and escalations.

What you bring

• Master’s degree with a focus on Business Administration or similar field
• Being able to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge
• Ability to structure complex topics and ‘think out of the box’
• Ability to deliver high quality work under time constraints
• High level of flexibility and energy, proactive working attitude
• Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent executer, who gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner
• First relevant professional experience
• Fluent in German and English
