The Global Cyber Security Team at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) is looking for an Intern. The importance of cyber security has steadily increased in recent years due to increasingly sophisticated and automated attack methods. An example of this is the use of artificial intelligence by attackers as well as by cyber security professionals. The Global Cyber Security Team at MBFS is also constantly facing new challenges due to technological advancements, such as new attack vectors. Therefore, we collaborate with MB AG's global business units in various areas: from Governance, Risk, and Compliance to Identity and Access Management and Offensive Security.

Now, you too have the opportunity to support us in our global strategic activities and daily business with an internship in the Global Cyber Security Team at MBFS, so that we can meet these new challenges in the future.   • You will support risk assessments in various markets.
  • You will assist in conducting data analyses to facilitate future assessments.
  • You will support the tracking of our identity and access management projects, where you can take on planning tasks and participate in workshops.
  • You will gain initial experience in threat modeling by assisting in the creation of security profiles for our applications.
  • You will gain insight into the world of proactive vulnerability management at MBM and help, among other things, with the analysis of potential cyber threats.
  • Beyond the mentioned areas, there are also activities where you can support us, be it in organizing cyber security initiatives or in the continuous optimization and automation of our Jira and Confluence platforms.

The focus of your tasks will be jointly agreed upon with you at the beginning.

The activity can begin from February 2026.
