What you`ll do
Summary:
As a Senior Product Specialist for Cloud ERP Enablement (f/m/d), you will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to help build the bridge between development and our customers. Reporting to the Head of Cloud ERP Product Success Enablement Channels and Automation, you will drive central enablement activities, and you will be responsible for the reporting of various enablement channels. The Role:
In this role, you will drive the production of our enablement assets and organize the roll-out via our different channels. This includes trainings such as webinars, blog posts demo videos and other video formats and you will engage with customers via the SAP Community.
Moreover, you will manage and organize reporting across our digital content, collect and analyze data from webinar reports (including registrants, live attendees, and session duration) and track performance metrics for our podcast episodes, videos, and blog posts. You will compile insights into regular reports to support strategic content decisions and establish a reporting dashboard allowing for easy to digest and visually appealing presentation. Moreover, you will ensure high quality content delivery for the team assets to foster the impact and outcome of the programs at global scale.
What you bring
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably in analytics, product management, or project management
- Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP products and technology
- Experience in delivering larger projects or other customer-facing programs
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus
- University degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Information Technologies or equivalent training and job experience
- Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to team success while maintaining high quality and result-orientation
