What you’ll do

• Create high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables and business configuration content that help users deploy, administer, and use SAP software effectively
• Use SAP software hands‑on to validate the accuracy and usability of UA and business configuration content
• Produce collateral such as configuration guides and administration manuals
• Apply appropriate tone and style tailored to product and audience
• Work closely with subject‑matter experts, UX designers, developers, validation teams, and product support
• Share advanced product and process knowledge across teams and department
• Coordinate UA deliverables and milestones for S/4HANA and BTP deliveries
• Ensure Scrum principles are understood and effectively implemented across teams
• Act as a servant‑leader, facilitating Scrum events and supporting team self‑organization

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in software development, user assistance, or business process configuration
• Strong understanding of SAP software, business processes, and configuration principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment (a plus)
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
