Our mission is to connect IT and enable the creation of the world’s most desirable cars by driving transformation across processes, systems, and culture. In this role, you will support the definition and implementation of IT strategy and transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, resilience, and innovation. You will contribute to change management activities that embed strategic priorities within the organization, including the development of communication formats, workshops, and engagement campaigns. You will also help establish OKRs, dashboards, and reports to monitor transformation progress and effectiveness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will connect business needs with IT capabilities, fostering cultural change and promoting lifelong learning.
