Your responsibilities
- Support our Digitalization team with research, coordination, and handson experimentation to move strategic initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Work closely with the Head of Digitalization and crossfunctional stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements and actionable steps.
- Assist in assessing options for software and tools, considering costeffectiveness, scalability, and compatibility with existing systems; prepare concise comparisons and recommendations.
- Contribute to feasibility checks and costbenefit analyses to support decision making.
- Support the implementation of digital solutions by working together with IT and business teams during pilot projects and full launches; monitor tasks, risks, and dependencies throughout the process.
- Assist in keeping communication clear between business and IT, making sure stakeholders are aligned and that solutions fit business goals and company guidelines.
Your profile
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; at least in the 3rd or 4th semester at start.
- First practical exposure to evaluating or implementing software tools (e.g., through coursework, labs, internships, or projects).
- Foundational understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI concepts, data analytics, data management, low/nocode platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Basic knowledge of IT best practices, technical requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to support feasibility studies and costbenefit considerations with a structured, datadriven approach.
- Familiarity with project coordination (e.g., tracking tasks, documenting requirements and decisions).
- Excellent skills in German and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian is appreciated.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities; curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn in a crossfunctional environment.
