What you´ll build
- Support the project management activities of SAP Digital Governance, a key enablement team within the Strategy & Operations board area
- Organize and coordinate projects in accordance with requirements, including contributing to process improvements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to ensure a positive and reliable stakeholder experience
- Coordinate production and delivery schedules with development teams and manage workflows end-to-end
- Develop expertise in SAP Digital Governance’s platforms, tools, and digital products
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution to strengthen the team’s positioning within SAP
- Identify and support opportunities to integrate AI solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making in SAP Digital Governance’s processes
What you bring
- Valid permission to work in Germany as a working student (e.g., appropriate visa or residence permit)
- Enrollment at a university or university of applied sciences with at least 12 months remaining in your studies (preferably in a Master’s (M.Sc./M.A./MBA) program)
- Preferred fields of study: Information Systems, Business Informatics, IT Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Project Management (or similar)
- Strong academic performance, ideally in project management and information technology as well as Artificial Intelligence-related coursework
- Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Jira or other project management tools is a plus
- Fluency in German and English (C1+); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong team orientation, creativity, organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
- Strong communication abilities and a structured, reliable way of working
- Solution orientation and problem solving
- Strategic thinking, innovativeness, and interest in IT, especially in the field of Domain management
- An AI-first mindset and solid experience using AI tools to accelerate and automate workflows
- High motivation for continuous learning, relationship-building, and taking initiative through participation in internal development opportunities and external events
Where you belong
The SAP Digital Governance team, as part of SAP Digital Platforms, oversees SAP’s domain-related approval processes. The team provides guidance for the management of all SAP-related domains, including compliance topics. Working in this team means managing end-to-end processes, ensuring their execution, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic governance efforts.
SAP Digital Platforms overall manages SAP’s internal and customer-facing digital touchpoints and capabilities, delivering consistent end-to-end user experiences across 47 countries. As part of the CPIT Customer & Partner Demand Generation organization within the Strategy & Operations board area, it sits at the heart of SAP’s operations and supports core business processes as well as sales and marketing organizations globally.
