Working Student (f/m/d) - IT End-User Enablement and Operations

What you'll build
We are searching for a working student (f/m/d) who can work up to 20 hrs/week and stay with the team for min. 1 year.
- Develop and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills by writing and editing various enablement assets for the entire CPIT organization
- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Help to streamline internal administration and services via optimization and automation processes
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments world-wide
- Organize and host meetings including preparation of meeting material, planning team building events or workshops
What you bring
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university, or a university of applied sciences looking to gain hands-on experience and apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting. Would you like to work in an international team with the opportunity to be innovative and work on complex business solutions? We’re looking for someone who is proactive, well-organized, solutions-oriented, and energized by lifelong learning.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Marketing / Communications / Media
- Computer skills: Office 365 (Advanced – especially Power Point; Teams and SharePoint skills are a plus)
- Language skills: Business fluent in English and German
- Hard skills: time management, project management experience, experience in marketing brand or communication, and knowledge about the latest IT trends in general
- Soft skills: Team player, open-minded, detail-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable
- Knowledge of AI solutions / tools
- Nice-to-have: graphic design tools, design experience with Adobe Suit and are a big plus.
