What you’ll build

We are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/d) to support our process management activities within the SAP Cloud Infrastructure. In this role, you will help analyze, document, and optimize operational and technical processes that support the delivery of scalable and reliable cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes related to cloud infrastructure operations
• Document workflows, procedures, and best practices
• Support the optimization and standardization of processes
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams
• Assist in defining KPIs and monitoring process performance

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration
• Language skills: fluent in German and English
• Other important skills/experience:
  • Process Management skills are beneficial
• Working from office (in Dresden) is required at least once a week

The Global Cloud Infrastructure and Delivery PlusOne Compute unit builds and runs the infrastructure for SAP’s Cloud and builds the foundation for a data sovereign cloud across the globe. Our team, IaaS Support, focuses on any operations related to customers with non‑SAP workload and regulated industries.
