What you'll d
- Assist in project planning and organization within the Discover SAP team
- Plan, coordinate, and document team meetings, workshops, and events including follow-ups
- Support the preparation of clear and concise presentations, reports, and other assets
- Develop and manage internal communication materials
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) in the field of Business, Management or a related field
- Coordination, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous work experience is beneficial
- Fluent in English
- Excellent time management skills, team player, reliable, proactive, and creative
- It is important to us that our students are in or near Walldorf as we also have location-based assets and services
- At least 2 semesters of studies to finish
