Working Student (f/m/d) - Project Management Support in Security and Cloud Compliance

What you'll build

As a working student (f/m/d) in our dynamic team, you will support different projects in the context of security and compliance:

• You will help to drive transparency of the progress in different workstreams using both Excel as well as JIRA
• You will prepare PowerPoint slides to report the status of the projects as well as to visualize processes or complex challenges
• You will work across units to build the bridge between SAP internal stakeholders
• You will support the planning, execution, and follow-up of meetings
• You will support our stakeholders by sharing the latest information / knowledge and learning about SAP’s annual budgeting process
• You will have the chance to take full ownership of topics, set up meetings, prepare them, and present the results to relevant stakeholders

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Software skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint), JIRA is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
• Soft skills: Project management, organization of meetings, and communication with different target groups
• A quality and compliance mindset: Highly professional material ensures acceptance with the target group. Compliance should be looked at from a service and consulting perspective
• Further skills: Thinking along, coming up with own ideas, bringing a digital native perspective to the team
• Daily work from the Walldorf office is not required

Where you belong

Some members of our team identify and monitor new compliance certification requirements and regulated industry demands from a go-to-market perspective. Others lead projects in the context of cloud compliance ensuring that the products SAP develops, and the processes along which we work internally are compliant with relevant laws and industry standards. We support cost transparency and portfolio planning in the context of cloud compliance.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
