About this role
Your tasks
- During your assignment you will conduct regular quality reviews like program wide collaboration workshops and retrospectives for specific topics or projects to ensure high quality and continuous improvement.
- You will support the risk management process on program level and coordinate the test management team with creation of automated testing strategies by aligning feasibility of automated testing with other business units. You will also define and monitor project health indicators for program management and project managers (e.g. defect rates, milestone achievements, ITR delivery).
- Furthermore, you will assist with the collaboration framework to improve interactions between individual projects and teams (migration, authorization) for example by conducting regular meetings to promote knowledge sharing across projects.
- To improve the collaboration between projects and across organizational units (e.g. Bosch Digital and regional entities) you will continuously identify opportunities and conduct collaboration workshops. The follow up on tasks and open points from these workshops and the implementation of identified measures also fall within your area of responsibility.
- Additionally, to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged you will develop and document a transparent communication strategy. You will publish regular updates on progress, milestones, and achievements via newsletters, dashboards and take care of program wide risk management.
- Finally, you will maintain and update the master program plan with interdependencies and critical paths, align project timelines and resource plans to avoid conflicts and manage such time and capacity conflicts between projects.
Your profile
- Education: studies in the field of Information Technology or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Teams and Outlook
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at proactively engaging with people, independently managing tasks, maintaining an overview of ongoing projects and driving topics forward until completion
- Work Routine: minimum 2 days/week onsite in IT Campus Feuerbach
- Languages: very good in English

Duration: 6 months – 10 h/week extension possible
