As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you are at the center to sustain this track record of innovation. You develop the product line strategy and define new product development plans. You interact closely with other teams (Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Service) to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the voice of the customer in the target market segment, and identify how most customer value can be created, across the end-to-end customer journey
  • You define a product strategy and roadmap, maximizing customer value and leveraging the latest technology trends, as well as mid- to long-term innovation opportunities based on market trends
  • You focus on the customer experience, driving differentiation through a deep understanding of customer needs and best-in-class user experience thinking. You represent the customer and end-user internally and externally
  • You own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product
  • You gather competitive intelligence and perform competitive analysis
  • You evangelize the product value proposition and collaborate with Product Marketing on new product launches

Your Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in fields of business, marketing, engineering or related field, as well as 5 – 10 years of experience (MBA is a plus)
  • You hold solid experience in product management or equivalent experience (proven track record in software technology business)
  • You bring strong experience in strategic thinking, market analysis, translation into strategy and portfolio management
  • You are a real team player willing to work in an international and multicultural context – both internally and with customers and partners
  • You are able to conduct market, competitor, and customer reach to gather insight and assess market opportunities
  • You put customer success & experience first and are motivated to gather real end user needs, translate them into product specifications, verify them with target user groups and communicate towards R&D
  • You are passionate about technology/software, eager to truly learn and understand our customers’ business with strong listening skills to anticipate the customer needs of the future
  • You work analytically strong and structured to develop a convincing business strategy
  • You are a natural-born communicator, able to bring a compelling story
