Business Development Manager - Customer Service / SaaS / CRM / Communication (m/f/d)

Your Day-to-Day:

  • You identify our target customers using internal and external tools
  • You engage with sales & marketing leaders through various channels and are thus the first person of contact for them
  • You qualify incoming opportunities and work with our Account Executives to build a sales pipeline
  • You schedule discovery calls for your colleagues at first – after approx. 6 months you conduct them yourself
  • You responsibly document, update & maintain all activities in the CRM system

What you should bring:

  • Education in business, sales or prior working experience in digital sales
  • Communication skills: you are good at communicating complex issues in a simple way
  • Resilience: you really want to achieve your goals, further your kledge and keep on improving
  • You speak fluent English; basic German is a plus
