Head of International Sales & Business Development (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- As Head of International Sales & Business Development (m/f/d) you will be responsible for growing, managing and optimizing our e-commerce partner network internationally
- You identify business opportunities in existing and new markets for our network and our products, either by establishing direct relationships with advertisers or through collaboration with agencies and affiliate networks
- You identify and acquire multi-national accounts from the e-commerce sector in new markets. This includes lead generation, the preparation of proposals, presentations, negotiations, and the closing of deals as well as coordinating activities within the sales team
- You are responsible for market development and product positioning using your long-standing experience in the e-commerce sector
- You work closely together with our account management, international sales, design/UX, business Intelligence/KPI teams and other departments to progress in all aspects of the network and to leverage its full potential
- You generate additional turnover with cross- and up-selling offers to our existing customers
Your Profile
- You are a highly motivated B2B sales talent with approximately 5 years of professional experience in selling online marketing solutions or digital products
- You are driven by successfully building new markets
- You have industry experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing or online marketing and you can tap into an extensive network of contacts in the international e-commerce sector
- You are interested in the latest developments in online marketing and have solid technical kledge
- Your analytical skills help you to assess market potential and to `review and optimize partners' KPIs
- You have excellent presentation skills both in person in front of the customer and whilst using remote business communication tools
- Very good English skills are necessary. Additional language skills such as German are a plus
