Inside Sales Coordinator for Technology Company (m/f/d)

You play an active role, qualify and follow-up leads, contact sales managers proactively, use the lead manager and CRM system actively to update information, are in relationship with the main customers, solve matters via service, product management, and supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the initial qualification of leads, by exploring the lead in contacting the customer timely after the customer enquiry (both web enquiry as phone enquiry) and for the lead assignment to the sales manager, business development manager, partners, distributors and resellers and follow-up of the leads assigned
  • You actively use the CRM tools (sales leads, project follow-up, update customer data…) and find internal solutions by involving product management, service, supply chain, finance
  • You provide external phone support in the region and support projects initiated by the channel/sales team to gain more appointments/leads

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • You ideally hold experience in a sales or customer service environment - however, motivated graduates are also welcome to apply
  • You can work independently and have the necessary maturity, skills and commercial feeling to communicate with customers and other (internal) stakeholders
  • You have excellent organization skills, supported by good product kledge and a strong supportive attitude and willingness to help sales management and regional sales managers to reach their goals
  • You demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude, to take ownership of problems and find internally solutions, to make active proposals of solutions to the sales manager
  • You have a creative mindset to help sales managers brainstorm in solutions as well as an excellent computer proficiency including the “Microsoft Office package” - kledge of lead management follow-up systems or SAP CRM is an asset
  • You are strongly committed to the company and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment completes your profile
  • You communicate fluently (written and spoken) in German and English - any other European language is considered as an important plus
