As Territory Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will explore, identify and develop immersive experience solutions and related opportunities in target markets and customers. Target markets primarily include live events, entertainment motifs, simulation, visualization and general fixed ProAV.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will maintain and build strong relationships with local partners, consultants and end users to maximize reach and presence on the market
  • As a trusted advisor for immersive experience solutions and related technologies, you translate customer needs into solutions and offerings
  • You will manage the proposal creation process, the CRM sales cycle, and the development and negotiation of proposals and commercial agreements
  • You also track business opportunities and sales funnel performance to provide regular forecasts, market intelligence and competitive analysis to sales management, segment marketing and product management
  • You identify and introduce new customers and business opportunities to local partners
  • You maximize the conversion rate of sales opportunities by supporting local partners and customers in the different sales phases
  • You will support and participate in trade shows and events in the region, regularly attend training sessions at headquarters in Belgium, and proactively provide product training and updates to local partners
  • You will travel internationally on occasion, depending on the different types of business being developed in the region

Your Profile

  • You have a college degree (business, marketing, technical) or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of proven sales experience in a related industry (kledge of the themed entertainment market is a plus)
  • You possess a disciplined and organized approach to travel, CRM pipeline management, and lead responses and are accustomed to working in a matrix environment and can operate effectively across organizational and national boundaries
  • You impress with your confident, adaptable, technically savvy and self-motivated personality
  • You have the ability to combine business and technical skills, whereby continuous learning is key
  • Fluency in English and German at C2 level completes your profile, other languages are an added bonus
