What you’ll build
Join SAP’s Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) as part of the Global Field Compliance Office (GFCO) and contribute to shaping SAP’s global culture of ethics and integrity.
In this role, you will help drive strategic initiatives, program excellence, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen SAP’s compliance culture worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with the Compliance Culture Program Office (CCPO) on initiatives that enhance ethical leadership, policy governance, and learning across the organization.
- Support the design, coordination, and rollout of compliance culture programs, including initiatives related to Ethical Leadership, Learning, and Policy Coordination.
- Drive and support cross-functional projects that promote transparency, clarity, and operational excellence across the compliance organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engagement and awareness strategies that strengthen SAP’s ethical culture.
- Maintain and evolve internal OEC resources, tools, and repositories to ensure information is accessible, accurate, and up to date.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and briefing documents for senior leadership and stakeholder updates.
- Help design collaboration and governance structures that foster efficiency and alignment across the OEC community.
- Serve as a trusted collaborator (f/m/d) to the Head of GFCO (f/m/d) and other OEC team leads on strategic topics.
What you bring
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, communications, compliance, law, or related disciplines).
- Strong interest in ethics, compliance, corporate responsibility, and culture transformation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions and messages.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, global, and cross-functional environment.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential topics.
Preferred
- Previous experience in ethics and compliance, corporate governance, or internal program management.
- Familiarity with SAP’s internal structure, tools, and processes.
- Experience in change management, employee engagement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
