WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) - Serve as a trusted point of contact for a wide variety of individual and collective employment law queries across the entire Zalando Group (within and outside of Germany) - As a direct contact, support and handle employment disputes as well as litigation representation - Train leads and P&O colleagues in employment law related topics, draft and improve all kinds of templates and agreements (incl. Works Agreements) - Support national and international transactions, new founding ventures, and restructurings from an employment law perspective - Develop creative approaches and solutions as part of a great team, including new ways of working - Work closely with our employee representative bodies - We support you in training to become a certified specialist attorney (Fachanwalt) WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF - You have successfully completed state examinations, preferably with the grade "vollbefriedigend" (fully satisfactory) - You have a focused interest in employment law.
