Your Responsibilities

  • You manage one or more engineering teams (depending on your previous experience and appetite)
  • You ensure your team(s) have top of the class processes, receive the necessary inputs to grow and keep adding higher value to the organization
  • You shape the organization you are part of and innovate processes
  • You work with the product management team, ensure product strategies and roadmaps make sense for the company as whole
  • You negotiate with external suppliers/partners on projects and deliverables
  • You establish and apply guidelines into processes in close collaboration with all stakeholder

Your Profile

  • You have previous engineering management experience, preferably with an agile methods toolbox and modern management methodologies
  • You got very good personal leadership capabilities
  • You have strong self-reflection and understanding of the fact that “better is the enemy of good”
  • You have experience and ability to coach, provide feedback as well as to empower teams
  • You bring business acumen and k-how in creating and realizing strategies
  • You got excellent communication skills in English and ideally in German (or Polish or Spanish)
  • An university degree in a relevant field would be great, self-starters are welcome to apply
