Director (m/f/d) Revenue Management Product - Capacity and Fleet Optimization

As Director (m/f/d) Revenue Management Product - Capacity and Fleet Optimization, you take product responsibility for the end-to-end chain that decides how much a car is worth, where it should be, and how that decision reaches the people and systems that act on it. You lead Product Owners and Product Analysts across capacity valuation, operational fleet optimization and revenue management tooling, turning science and engineering capabilities into measurable business value. You also drive the adoption of Gen AI as a step change in how the team works and builds products.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own the product vision and roadmap for the PROPT Capacity & Fleet Optimization domain, aligning capacity valuation, fleet optimization and revenue management tooling into one coherent value chain
• You translate SIXT's commercial objectives into a prioritized, measurable product backlog and defend trade-offs to senior leadership
• You drive Gen AI adoption across the domain, developing a concrete concept for an AI-augmented way of working and identifying where Gen AI can become part of the products themselves
• You lead, coach and grow a team of Product Owners and Product Analysts across multiple locations, setting the standard for discovery, specification and delivery
• You partner closely with data science and engineering to shape optimization capabilities into usable products with a disciplined path to production
• You act as the senior product point of contact for Revenue Management, Fleet, Yield and Operations, managing expectations and communicating roadmap and trade-offs

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You bring solid product management experience, typically 5+ years, ideally owning data-intensive, algorithmic or optimization-driven products from strategy through adoption and have gained leadership experience
• Motivation: You have a hands-on conviction about Gen AI, with a clear point of view on how it changes product work and experience getting a team to actually adopt new tools
• Hard Skills: You have a strong quantitative and analytical foundation, comfortable engaging with optimization, forecasting and modelling concepts such as OC curves and LP/MIP allocation
• Soft Skills: You bring excellent prioritization, change-management and stakeholder skills, and can communicate credibly with executives
• Know-how: You have a genuine product and user-experience sensibility, understanding that optimization only creates value when users adopt and trust it
• Languages: You are fluent in English, German is a plus
