YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You successfully execute data-driven strategic projects that lead to productive, efficient, and profitable operations in the franchise network
- You support our franchise partners through in-depth business analysis
- You continuously monitor the performance of our franchise partners, identifying potential areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- You ensure the successful follow-up of various projects and the achievement of shared goals
- You support our franchise partners in optimizing site processes, developing SIXT Service Standards, and establishing efficient workflows in their branch operations
- You analyze customer feedback and work closely with our Quality department to continuously enhance customer satisfaction within your region
- You onboard new franchise partners and support our fast-paced expansion
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education & Experience You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field and bring at least 3 years of operations experience in the tourism or service industry, ideally with international exposure
- Technical Proficiency You combine superb account management skills and business development expertise with an analytical and pragmatic mindset, and you can independently manage projects while driving them to successful completion
- Soft Skills You are highly organized, thrive in diverse teams, can juggle multiple priorities effectively, and exude confidence and enthusiasm in everything you do
- Languages You excel in professional communication in English, and any additional language is considered a strong plus
- Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented, proactive, and eager to take on multiple tasks with a strong sense of ownership
- Flexibility & Travel You are adaptable and open to traveling both domestically and internationally to support our fast-paced environment
