Intership in Project Management Support - Bosch Diagnostics Solutions Framework

Your tasks

As a Project Management Support Intern, you will gain practical experience in the exciting world of Bosch Diagnostics, contributing to both hardware and software projects for the aftermarket segment.

• From the first day on, you will be responsible for preparing and updating key project deliverables such as charters, quality assurance plans, Market Introduction Gate (MIG) and Quality Gate questionnaires.
• During your assignment, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of Bosch diagnostics devices and supporting software.
• You will explore and implement innovative solutions, e.g., AI-based document creation or automation scripts to improve project workflows.
• Furthermore, you will assist in preparing documentation and coordinating tasks required for product certification and market release.
• Besides you will help with day-to-day project management activities, meeting preparation and follow-ups.
• Take an active role in supporting the maintenance and the regular updates of project databases and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Preparing project status updates, risk registers and other tracking documents for stakeholders will fall within your area of responsibility.
• Finally, you will work closely with engineering, procurement and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Your profile

• Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: first experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, GitHub); basic programming skills for automation tasks (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is an advantage; understanding of product development processes in hardware and software is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive, motivated person with strong organizational skills and eager to learn new topics; you pay attention to details and work independently
• Enthusiasm: passionate about software solution engineering and diagnostics technology
• Languages: good in English, German is a plus
