What you`ll do:
As a Lead Product Manager (f/m/d) for Revenue Growth Management solution, you will define and drive the vision for software solutions that help consumer goods companies optimize pricing, promotions, trade investments and revenue performance. You will translate market needs and customer pain points into clear product priorities, partnering closely with engineering, design and data science to deliver intuitive, scalable and AI‑powered capabilities. You will work directly with customers and industry experts to understand how RGM teams operate and convert those insights into simple, high‑impact workflows. You will guide the roadmap, validate concepts through rapid experimentation, and ensure the product delivers measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate across sales, marketing and customer success to position the product effectively and support adoption. This role requires strong product judgment, comfort with complex commercial domains and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.
What you bring:
You bring strong product leadership, clear communication, and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity. You are comfortable shaping new products from the ground up and collaborating across engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams.
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS or data‑driven products
- Deep understanding of pricing, promotions, trade or revenue growth management domains
- Proven experience taking products from from discovery to launch
- Experience leading and developing product managers or cross‑functional teams
- Strong GTM partnership skills, aligning product strategy with sales and customer success
