Principal Product Manager - Lounge Data Platform (all genders)

Role: Principal Product Manager – Data Platform for Lounge & Outlet data landscape. Responsibilities: - Partner with Head of Data Platform to shape data-platform strategy and translate business goals into prioritized product roadmap. - Lead the data-product portfolio, owning lifecycle of reusable data products across conversational analytics, tracking, reporting, and self-service. - Build an AI-ready data foundation, defining capabilities for machine learning, predictive models, and AI agents. - Drive data literacy, governance, and adoption, establishing data ownership and ensuring responsible AI, privacy, and security standards. Qualifications: - Significant product-management experience with complex data, platform, analytics, infrastructure, or enterprise products. - Understanding of analytics platforms, reporting tools, event tracking, conversational analytics, experimentation, curated data products, semantic layers, feature stores, or reusable ML features. - Knowledge of modern data and AI architectures to engage credibly with engineering and data specialists. - Excellent prioritization, communication, and influencing skills. - Advantage: familiarity with AI agents, retrieval architectures, ML platforms, real-time data products, data governance, privacy (GDPR, EU AI act), data contracts, observability, metadata management.
