Role: Principal Product Manager - Maternity Cover (all genders) Team: Zalando Plus, our free-to-join loyalty program that rewards members for shopping with us. Responsibilities: - Shape a compelling suite of loyalty benefits that deliver exceptional customer value while driving commercial success. - Define a long-term vision to deliver against, identify and prioritize problems and solutions, build fact-based business cases. - Structure complex economics and behavioral topics into easy-to-understand messages and communicate effectively across all levels. - Work with the team and stakeholders to develop and prioritize epics and user stories. - Lead the delivery with engineering, design, and data science teams in an agile development process. Qualifications: - Extensive experience: product management experience on a lead/principal level, owning a long-term vision and roadmap, using a data-driven approach to identify problems and guide the implementation of solutions in line with the vision. - Excellent communication skills: ability to understand, analyze, and clearly communicate business problems and priorities to engineering teams and business stakeholders. - Drive commercial outcomes: proven track record of influencing consumer decisions to achieve strategic business objectives while remaining customer centric. - Passion for Loyalty Programs: deep passion for ecommerce, fashion, and loyalty programs, with an understanding of how to drive customer engagement and retention through loyalty initiatives. - Cultural Fit: authentic, mission-driven individual who excels in managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex environments.
