Where you belong

The MEE Strategy & Operations team is part of SAP’s Corporate Operations and drives strategic initiatives and transformation programs across Middle & Eastern Europe. Working closely with European senior leadership, the team shapes priorities, steers execution, and ensures alignment between global strategy and regional go-to-market — leveraging diverse backgrounds across management consulting, strategy, sales and services within our team.

What you build

As Strategy & Operations iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Strategic Project Management Officer, you will work directly with the Head of MEE Strategy & Operations and contribute to high-priority strategic initiatives. You will take ownership of (multiple) projects and support decision-making through structured analysis and clear executive communication. Beyond conceptual work, you will be actively involved in execution while driving initiatives forward and managing projects end-to-end in alignment with the business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives from problem structuring to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive actionable insights across strategy, business performance and go-to-market topics
• Develop and present executive-ready analyses and recommendations for senior leadership discussions
• Support and drive executive governance, including Steering Committees, strategic planning forums and transformation progress tracking

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Prior experience in consulting, strategy, sales, project management or other high-impact roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the effective use of top-notch AI tools
• High-quality standards and ability to deliver reliable results in fast-paced environments
• Clear and structured communication, ideally with exposure to senior stakeholders
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Strong interest in the software industry and its business models
• Fluent in German and English
