Senior CRM Process Owner (all genders) - Maternity Cover

Role: Senior CRM Process Owner (Maternity Cover) The CRM and Business Excellence team is seeking a Senior CRM Process Owner to bridge the gap between core Salesforce platform development and strategic business operations. The mission is to drive revenue operations, build scalable processes, and optimize partner experiences through AI-enabled efficiency and data automation. Responsibilities: - Salesforce Product Leadership: Design and refine workflows for the partner lifecycle (acquisition, contract management, onboarding, Service Cloud). Replace manual processes with integrated Salesforce solutions and oversee functional implementation of Agentforce and Einstein. - Process Governance & Design: Create intuitive Salesforce configurations, standardize documentation using BPMN, and maintain high data integrity for reporting. - Operational Excellence: Act as a liaison between business units and engineering, manage cross-functional releases, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage stakeholder priorities. - Adoption & Enablement: Deliver training, create documentation, build Salesforce dashboards for performance visibility, and mentor junior team members. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform Development and building intervention playbooks. - Proven track record in implementing Salesforce Flows, configurations, and AI-driven automation (Agentforce/Einstein). - Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder; Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred. - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, Jira, and process mapping tools like Signavio. - Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value and operational ROI. - Experience with CRMA (Salesforce CRM Analytics) is highly appreciated.
