Senior Product Manager - ZEOS Tech Compliance (all genders)

Role: Senior Product Manager (Technical Compliance) in the ZEOS Data Team, reporting to the Head of Data. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, legal, privacy, and operational execution, ensuring that products and technical landscape meet evolving regulatory obligations while enabling business growth at scale. Responsibilities: - Define and execute compliance product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, platform scalability, and regulatory requirements. - Translate regulations into scalable product solutions in collaboration with legal, privacy, security, and engineering teams. - Own technical compliance domains end-to-end, including personal data deletion, retention controls, auditability, consent handling, platform governance, API compliance, and technical policy enforcement. - Collaborate cross-functionally across business and tech to integrate compliance solutions into the broader product ecosystem. - Balance compliance, scalability, and business pragmatism, prioritizing requirements alongside technical feasibility and business value. - Drive compliance-by-design product thinking, embedding requirements early into discovery, design, and delivery. - Improve transparency and governance through documentation, decision frameworks, and product visibility. - Anticipate regulatory and technical change to proactively evolve the product landscape. Qualifications: - 4+ years of product or project management experience, ideally in technical platform products, internal systems, compliance-heavy environments, or infrastructure domains. - Strong technical understanding of system dependencies, APIs, platform architecture, data flows, and technical constraints. - Experience working with legal, privacy, and security teams on technical compliance, privacy, security, governance, or regulated requirements. - Basic understanding of AI, data engineering, data warehousing, data infrastructure, analytics, and cloud-based data technologies. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences. - Strategic product thinking, able to define vision, strategy, and roadmap in complex environments.
