Senior Product Manager - ZEOS Tech Compliance (all genders)

Role: Senior Product Manager (Technical Compliance) in the ZEOS Data Team, reporting to the Head of Data, responsible for shaping technical compliance requirements into scalable product solutions across systems, platforms and partner integrations. Responsibilities: - Define and execute compliance product strategy, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements. - Translate regulations into scalable product solutions in collaboration with legal, privacy, security and engineering teams. - Own technical compliance domains end‑to‑end (e.g., data deletion, retention controls, auditability, consent handling, platform governance, API compliance, policy enforcement). - Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers, architects, operations, legal and partner‑facing product teams. - Balance compliance, scalability and business pragmatism when prioritising roadmap investments. - Drive compliance‑by‑design thinking, embedding requirements early in product discovery and design. - Improve transparency and governance through documentation and decision frameworks. - Anticipate regulatory and technical changes to evolve the product landscape. Qualifications: - 4+ years of product or project management experience, preferably in technical platform products, internal systems or compliance‑heavy environments. - Strong technical understanding of system dependencies, APIs, platform architecture, data flows and technical constraints. - Proven experience working closely with legal, privacy and security teams on compliance initiatives. - Basic knowledge of AI, data engineering, data warehousing, cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud) or experience as a data consumer. - Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align diverse teams. - Structured communicator with clear documentation skills. - Strategic product thinking to define vision, strategy and roadmap in complex environments.
