What you'll build
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Business Operations, you will support ongoing operational programs and contribute to improving the team’s efficiency through automation and GenAI-driven tools. You will gain exposure to how a global software organization manages financial and operational processes, analyze data and workflows, and help implement process improvements. The role requires a strong interest in learning modern automation techniques, understanding business operations processes, and applying technology to optimize outcomes.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with at least two years remaining until graduation
 - Based in or nearby Munich (occasional presence is welcomed)
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working independently
 - Eager to learn about automation, analytics, and GenAI tools and eagerness to execute hands‑on
 - Fluent in English (German a plus)
