Working Student (f/m/d) - Business Operations at Delos Cloud

What you'll build

• You support the structuring and documentation of existing and new business processes in SAP Signavio in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• You create, structure, and regularly update documentation, templates, and SharePoint sites.
• You create training materials, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• You prepare content for presentations and create decision templates in PowerPoint.
• You support the team with daily business and support various business operations projects.
• Own processing and execution of smaller projects (e.g. SharePoint setup, document management, etc.)

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the fields of business administration, business management, business informatics, or comparable fields.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Initial experience with process management tools (e.g., SAP Signavio) is an advantage.
• You work independently and in a structured manner.
• You are highly motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• You can grasp complex content quickly and have the ability to present concepts visually and analytically.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You can work 15-20 hours per week.

Delos Cloud GmbH was founded by SAP to offer the German administration a sovereign cloud on an open hyperscaler platform. As a reliable partner, we will meet the special security requirements of our customers and contribute to the digital transformation of public administration. We will be successively expanding our organization in the coming months to take on this exciting task.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
