What you'll build

You'll become part of our Healthcare and Cross Industry Solutions unit and work directly with the leadership team and product managers. Your role will be responsible for providing administrative technical support to our product management and engineering colleagues. You'll be faced with varied technical and administrative tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility:

  • Support testing activities to ensure effective system operations along the software lifecycle
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • You will provide administrative technical support to our product management and engineering teams
  • You create materials, presentations, and templates, and support internal communication and meetings

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: medical informatics, medical computer science, or related fields
  • Independent, structured working style with high quality standards
  • Computer Skills: understanding of system integration (e.g., REST) and data interoperability standards (e.g., HL7 FHIR) is a plus
  • Initial experience in the healthcare IT sector is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Working partially from Walldorf office is required (at least once every second week)
