Working Student (f/m/d) - SAP Sustainability Customer Adoption Unit

What you'll build
- Maintain and improve the documentation of customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with different stakeholders in the company to stay updated on latest customer project statuses
- Create regular analytics and gain insights about current customer status
- Involve in discussions and decision-making regarding sustainability strategies and initiatives
- Support the SCAU team in delivering its strategic agenda.
- Data quality and management in the Sustainability CRM
What you bring
- Master student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Natural or environmental sciences, economic sciences/business administration
- Computer skills: MS Office, CRM-technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, Gainsight, Planhat, or similar)
- Language skills: Excellent English skills, additional fluency/mother tongue German a big plus
- Soft skills: autonomous working style, quick-thinking, data affinity, technical affinity, strong analytical and communication skills
- Work experience: ideally previous experience in similar (working student) jobs
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer-facing or -operations teams/roles
- Working 1-2 days per week in the office in Berlin required
