What you´ll build
As a working student in our Strategy & Operations team for SAP Sustainability, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to real business topics that shape how a business unit in a large corporation is run. You will support us with various day-to-day tasks and help us execute and improve the Operations and People processes in our organization.
Your tasks will include:
- Support with internal communication initiatives
- Create and send internal regulatory newsletters and flash alerts
- Collect and structure key activities and achievements of the Sustainability unit, such as product announcements, customer go-lives, or marketing related activities
- Support daily finance and operations tasks such as spending guidance, requests for travel, entertainment, education and purchasing requests etc. (including ad-hoc requests)
- Assist with data analysis and prepare reports for business reviews and various reporting activities
- Optimize recurring operations activities to improve efficiency and reduce effort to execute
- Documentation of operational processes for scaling usage within our different Sustainability Sub teams
- Contribute to research, asset creation and ad hoc projects for the Strategy and Operations team
What you bring
- You are an enrolled student (f/m/d) at a (technical) university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering with Business Studies (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) or similar
- You enjoy working in a structured way and are comfortable taking responsibility
- First corporate experience is a plus, but not a must
- You have very good skills with Microsoft office products
- You are fluent in German and English

Our mission and scope within our Strategy & Operations team is to drive end-to-end strategy development and strategic alignment in the Sustainability Leadership team and ensure execution towards our strategic goals together with our Leadership. Be part of the Sustainability growth unit, our focus is to enable our different Sustainability teams to perform at its best in our operations, communications and culture.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
